Puppy's stiff front leg and neck?!? HELP!

I have a 10 week old malti-poo puppy named Cash. He weighs 1 lb, maybe 1.5 when he just ate. He was diagnosed with parvo Monday December 27th. He was put into the 24 hr animal hospital and given IV fluids, wormed, and put on antibiotics. They monitored his white blood count and after just a day they released him from treatment. He never exhibited any bloody stools or vomitting. He has been eating well and his stools are still loose although they have been firming up. Tonight his front right leg (where they had the IV in) stiffened up and his neck seemed stiff as well. He started to shake as well. It happened twice over the span of 2.5 hrs. I am planning on taking him to the vet in the morning but I am very concerned... any ideas as to what is wrong with him??? It would alleviate some of my stress. Thanks!!!

Was it a seizure? Or Hypoglycemia? Or a reaction to the Antibiotic?   What did you find out?
