Sniffles and sneezing

My puppy of 3 months has started sniffling and sneezing (almost sounds like she has a hairball) for now what seems like 3 days and I don't know if that is from her shots she had gotten last week thursday 10-7-10 and the sneezing and sniffling i don't think started until a day and a half after that...maybe a reaction to the shots? Need help cuz I can't afford to go to the vet just yet.

Did she have all her shots?

Sounds like kennel cough and she may need a dose of antibiotics. Take her to a vet and see if they can bill you later or perhaps you can make payments?
