Taters Eye!!! PLEASE HELP!

This is my little girl. Dose anyone know what it is. It just came up. I've been trying to keep it clean. PLEASE Help.

It looks like it could be a cherry eye although they normally come up in the inner corner of the eye.  It's fairly common in bullies (what a gorgeous girl BTW).  It has to do with the gland of the third eyelid becoming inflamed.

There is a manual way to massage the gland back into the eyelid (which I was never any good at).  If that doesn't work, the vet can do a surgical tuck to keep the gland in.  Just make sure your vet doesn't want to remove the gland, you can have lifetime dye'eye complications if they do that.

I would take her in just to make sure this is what it is, and the vet should be able to give you some ointment and discuss the options.
