Tiny dog, huge meal

My husband was cooking some chicken thighs on the barbecue, and for some reason did not think twice about peeling eight pieces of chicken and throwing all eight pieces of skin to the dog.  Dog is a Chihuahua-Pomeranian cross, tips the scale at ten pounds.  She ate them all, but has since vomited out one entirely intact chicken-leg skin, and is mostly lying around looking as though she would not be sorry if the world ended.  She is not frothing or gagging foam, she is mostly looking like she feels pretty stuffed.  Should worry about bloat, or is the ability of the dog to toss an entire chicken skin clear proof that her stomach has not had any torsion issue?  Hate to go to bed thinking all is well and wake up in the morning with a veterinary crisis.  Any comments welcome.

ps -- She usually has an amazing capacity to eat for such a small dog.

Back to her same self, apparently unfazed by the experience.  I wonder if she in fact had thrown up more of the chicken skins when she was still outside.  I can't imagine her digesting seven of them so quickly, even though she is normally a surprisingly big eater for such a small dog.

Uncooked chicken skin contains LOADS of fat and can give a dog pancreatitis.

How was she this morning?

Thanks.  She is presently neither noticeably ill nor entirely better, but then, it's 1 am and I don't usually monitor her at that time of night so she might just think it is unusual to have the light turn on and get stared at while she is in her pen.  She did chew on a forbidden plastic toy (one of my son's) tonight after my first post, which gave me hope that she was feeling more like her usual feisty self.  I'll palpate her stomach in the morning, and if it feels hard, will take her to the vet.

Chicken skin is not good for dogs at all. Especially since she threw one up whole. I would worry about bloat and one blocking her intestine. I would watch her for an hour or two and if she seems ok then I would say it is ok to go to sleep.

If you notice bloating or seems like she is very uncomfortable I would take her to the er vet.
