Vet shots
My shitzu after 4 years just got her shots and she's acting weird panting and crying and can't stay still
I would suggest you find a way to get her back into a vet
right away,she sounds like she may be having a reacion
to the vaccination...IF SHE IS...you can not wait on this.
How long has she been acting like this?
At least call an ER vet right away,talk to them,if she is
having a reacion you could loose her.

I agree with JanisM13. Very serious when they react to shots. Please get to an Emergency Vet soon. Praying for you both.
