Why does my dog have no energy, not want to eat and has diahrea?

Hello. Her name is Jazz and she's a miniature schnauzer. In the Last 5-6 weeks she has not wanted to eat. She's had diahrea throughout and she has lost a third of her weight. Vet has no idea what may wrong. They've run tests and nothing. We're seeing another vet today to in hopes they find something. Jazz has almost zero energy and only remains laying down. Her, same litter, brother Einstein is completely fine. They use to play and run around together but now she just has no energy to anything. Please If anyone has any insight it would much much appreciated.

Please take Jazz to another vet for a second opinion. There is something wrong and I believe the correct testing can reveal it. She has been unwell for a long time; 5-6 weeks. I believe your vet may have missed something. I hope she will be OK.
