Will my dog recover from kidney failure?

My 13 year old corgi mix was diagnosed with Pancreatitis 4 days ago. The anti biotic weren't improving her eating behavior and she seemed to be fading so today I took her to the vet and found out her kidneys were failing. They said they weren't sure if she'd recover but are keeping her for a few days to do a fluid flush. My question is will she pull through? Her BUN is 130 and her PHOS is 16.1. Does she have a chance? She was acting normal up until two days ago. Did I catch it early enough. I'm preparing to lose her but want to know if I have any hope of keeping my baby girl around a bit longer.

If your dog was only diagnosed with pancreatitis four days ago she shouldn't be on food yet.  The treatment for pancreatitis is to keep the dog on IV fluids ONLY for one week so that the pancreas can have TOTAL rest and not have to produce enzymes to digest anything.  If you try to rush this healing procedure you will not have a favorable outcome.  My best advice would be to take your dog to another vet for a second opinion and get your dog on strictly IV fluids until the pancreas had time to heal.  The IV fluids will also help with the kidney failure because it will keep the body flushed with fluids.

You could ask your vet's advice about palliative care including anti-nausea medication and particularly "Phosphorus binders".
There is no cure for kidney failure. But it can sometimes be slowed down with the right medication and diet. Sometimes a dog can gain more time and a decent quality of life for the time remaining. But of course if appetite has already gone and doesn't recover, then it probably is 'time'.

Pancreatitis of course, can affect appetite VERY badly, until the pancreas heals. That can take a little time.

Your dog may still have some options for a decent end-of-life care....

But of course, you know your dog better than anyone, and you will know when it is the right time to let her go.

My dog had similar numbers, and she didn't get better after in vet fluids. I lost her in February. I had to help her with the suffering. I still miss her. Let us know how is your dog doing?

Well her BUN dropped a lot but her PHOS has only dropped a point. They are keeping her for 1 more day. They'll send her home and if in a few days nothing improves I guess I'm putting her down :( Don't want my baby suffering.
How is your doggy doing today? Does she feel better after vet visits?
