my dog has been throwing up and has had weird poo it has been like this for one or two days and I would like to know if it is serious

If your dog is still eating, is he throwing up food, or is it yellow bile?  Is he drinking OK and able to keep water down?  If you don't see any improvement by day 3, you definitely need to take him to the vet.  If he can't keep down water, that's more of an emergency due to dehydration issues.
