bumps on pit bull

My dog started out with one bump by her ear, almost looked like a boil. Now there are 5. My daughter squeezed the one by her ear and puss and blood came out of it. (not a good idea I know) They are about the size of a pea maybe a little bigger. Not sure what they are, they don't seem to bother her, but it scares me. Cyst, tumor, ingrown hair? If anyone can give me suggestions as what to put on them or what they could be I would really appreciate the help.

Agree with ginger but some types of Cancer can have pustules that will drain but doubt this is the case.  Could be some tyoe of skin issue going on.  Could even be an insect bite that will often firm pustules but I would think it would bother her.  I woukd try to separate the hair and look closely at the area to make sure nothing is stuck in there.
I woukd try to keep it clean with just some mild soap and water, rinse and pat dry.  If it gets worse, or does not get better, best to have the Vet check in case an antibiotic might be needed.  Check her neck, under the bottom jaw and on the sides of the neck,Meir any possible swollen lymph nodes. That would be a sure sign there might be an infection.
After cleaning the area, make sure to wash your own hands.
Please come back to update.

If pus is coming out then they don't sound like cancerous tumours or anything. And from what you describe they don't really sound like abscesses either. Are they fairly painless unless squeezed? They may be cysts. My dog had a cyst once about the size you mention. The vet took one look and told me it was a cyst. One night it burst, and I gently squeezed out the stuff to empty it out. Then I put some antiseptic on it. It didn't come back. But sometimes a cyst can come back (or fill up again)
However if you are unsure do take her to the vet to get these lumps checked out.
