my akita has a pink ball coming out of her. shes in heat for 6days now can she get pregant.

I agree. This pink 'ball' is not normal. She is unsuitable for breeding, and needs to see a vet quickly.
Yes, sounds like a prolapse and I hope you are not trying to breed her! Best to get her spay.
