my nearly one year old staffordshire bull terrier has just had her 1st season and its like her last day today shes had sever diarrhea been sick once and shes walking really slow like shes in pain, will she just have stomach ache?? please help
No way of knowing what is causing those symptoms exactly. Do you know how to take a dog temp with a rectal thermometer? Since she is at the end of her heat cycle, I might be worrying about infection. Does she have a discharge of any kind or any odor around the vulva area? If she has diarrhea, I would not feed her for 24 hrs, make sure she is drinking fluids. If this continues, you should probably get her into the Vet and take a fresh stool sample with you to be checked.
