dog death

my dog passed away and he was about two years old he was a little under weight and it was al ittle cold outside but he died but there was also a yonger dog i had and she was outside to die

What actually happened?  You had 2 dogs that died at the same time or recently????  How little was the dog?  How cold was it outside???  Please give more information...I am so sorry for your loss.

As suzi-q has said, more information is really needed.  Where do you live?  What type of shelter did the pets have?  Did they stay outdoors all the time?

When was the last time your pet's had seen their veterinarian?

Do you routinely use heartworm preventative or any sort of deworming medication for them?

What kind of dog was he?

How was his appetitie, his urination, his bowel movements, etc in the days before his death?  Any vomiting?

Did you take his body to a veterinarian for a necropsy (animal autopsy)?

If you can help us with some of these questions, we might be able to point you in the right direction and maybe help with your grieving process.
