dog not eating and has fever...again

I have a lab-shepard mix, she will be 10 in February. About a month ago, she stopped eating. She also became incontinent of urine and had a fever of 105. We were seen by our vet and an internist and were never given a clear answer as to what was going on. She had blood work that showed elevated LDH and lysed RBC in her urine. Chest x-ray was clean. Ultrasound did not show bladder tumor or any other abnormalities. At that time,  she was started on antibiotics and got better. Three days ago she started with the not eating again. Her temp today was 104.8. She is not as active as normal. Any ideas??

Definitely call your vet back. She'll need to be seen again. Sometimes, antibiotics will make the paitent very sick and if her temperature is still high, you're vet may prescribe other medications.
