dogs/vet please help. picture included

Please help...  I found this near my dogs crate I do not know if this was from her. I looked up for on second and the next second it was on the floor near my bed. I have found two of them today. It has a gooey texture and smells like blood.. please help. I honestly do not know where it came from my dog is only 5 months and is acting normal she hasn't ever been in heat or anything. She has all her shots except she's getting the rabies one on wednesday. If it's from her I will take her to the vet asap but I am just in shock and very confused. Has anyone ever seen something like this before? If this is not from a dog can someone please tell me what this thing is..

My dog had once barfed out something similar to that thing also. It's from something your dog ate. I suggest, take him out for a walk so he can eat some grass and induce vomiting, allowing him to barf out more of those things.

Any chance she has been getting into stuff? This looks like maybe something she threw up?
