eating probs after labor

I have a Walker female that just had her pups a couple days ago. The dry dog food i have been feeding her, she has not been eating. I give her some canned dog food today and she gulped it down in seconds. She always ate the dry food before she went into labor. She had the pups 2 days ago and has still been licking her behind. Should I be concerned or is this the normal process?.. this is my first litter.
