german shepherd sick

My german shepherd is 11 months old. She started not eating 3 days ago. All she does is drink water and then vomit it back up. She is not going #2 either. Someone told me to give her a de-worming medicine so I did but still not getting better. I cant afford to take her to the vet. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on with her.

Yes, the dog sounds very sick and you should not just give worming meds randomly.  
Sounds like there may be a blockage.
Call your Vet and see if you can't work something out with a payment plan.
I would not wait.

Somehow your going to have  come up with the money for a vet, maybe borrow it if necessary.  Your dog isn't going to last long without water, she sounds very sick.
