head tremors

My best friend in the whole world is shadow  . Shadow is also my only child and means the world to me . She is a 15 year old lab. She has had 14 great healthy years until seizers started a year ago . We have a great vet who put her on phenobarbital , which did stop the seizers after they got the levels under control. they were grand mall seizers and anyone who ever went through this will know it was so hard to watch.
  the next problem ws about 6 months ago when she had pancres issues that we straightened out with diet .. Oh the hips and hind legs are also getting bad so she takes glucosomine for that.
  She is starting to get what i will call head tremors in the mornings. noting like the grand mall seizers but still concerning. She shakes her head yes and stops when i speak to her . then back to the shacking of the head. It dosent last long and dont seem to bother her but today she   lost control during this and  urinated . she never did this before.
I am reading that it may be a break thru seizure ?  or possiably  a sugar issue ? I am waiting for my vet to call to talk to her and trying to see what others may have been through as well.
  I am seeing people that seem to think a scoop of ice cream or pydeaite ?  may help. Her diet is boiled hamburgar and white rice .
  has anyone been through this ? at 15 i dont want to do anything that is  going to hurt her . just going to the vet makes her shake and i dont want to take her if theres nothing that can be done

its been a year . i am going today to the vet  with  a urin sample and get new vitamins . I will talk to them about the caned perscription food that tey sell . I tried pedalite , tried a scoop of ice cream and its skipped a day but today a short burst of the tremors.
thank u for your thoughts . im open to any ideas .

How long has she eaten only hamb. & rice? The reason I ask is that ALL of this may be due to a mineral/vitamin/Calcium imbalance.......There's nothing wrong with what your feeding, just that over a period of time can cause serious issues if not done correctly......Just curious......Karla
