hitted by puppy nail

I donot have much idea about the medicines.
I was hitted by puppy nail.
what to do after this.
what may be the implecations of it and may it cause to rabies ?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking in your question.  Do you mean you were scratched by a puppy?  If you were just scratched by a puppy then I would think you do not have to worry about rabies.  If on the other hand you were bitten by the puppy then you may have to worry about rabies.  It would be a good idea to talk to the puppy's owner to find out if it is current on its vaccinations.  If the puppy is up to date with its vaccines then you really have nothing to worry about.  Hope this is helpful.

Just keep the stratch clean with soap and water everyday. If it is deep but not bleeding put some triple anti-bacterial cream or ointment on it several times a day until it heals.  If it bleeds put a band-aid on it after the cream is on it. Yes talk to the puppies owners to make sure he has had his shots, but you shouldn't worry unless you were bitten.  Puppies like to play alot and sometimes jump up on people. They don't mean any harm.
