hoarseness

my dog was dxed w/degenerative myleopathy 1 yr ago, she has become incontinent of b/b and is losing her voice,is hoarseness or unable to bark a sx as well?

I know very little about this condition. When I read this, all I thought of was omega-3 fatty acids and vitaminB may help with possible nerve-sheath regeneration.
So to find out more I googled "Degenerative myelopathy in dogs" -and found this web site which may give you more information, not only on the condition, but on possible dietary support, and supplements.
Some of it is fairly technical to read, it was written for vets I think. But you may find some help here:
