Boston Terriers, being a small breed, have an average lifespan of 12-14 years. And with 12-14 years being the average, it goes without saying that there are those individuals that outlive the projected life expectancy and those who fall short of reaching it. A Boston that attained the age of 11 can certainly be said to have lived a good, full life for the breed, though. And as any pet owner will attest to, no matter what the average ages are for any of our beloved furry friends, it's never old enough.
