i think my dog is really sick and it really worries me

Our whole family, together with our pets, just moved in to this new town. Then days after, my dog just changed his regular habits: he has been anorexic, constipated, has been drinking a lot of water than he usually does and has been urinating a lot-- sometimes with small amounts, a bit lethargic (or i think he is depressed), and what worries me most is that when I would take him to a walk, his hind legs would shake as if those legs can't carry his body and then he would like take a rest or lie down. What's wrong with my dog and what can I do? I don't have enough money for a veterinarian. By the way, in our old town our dog would suffer from constipation sometimes but not as serious as this.

I would not wait, perhaps your vet will let you make payments, or you could sell something.  Depression in a dog would not cause his legs to be weak like his are, only an illness would do that.

Thank you guys for your answers, I really REALLY appreciate your thoughtfulness. Yes, sadly he looks too sick and my greatest problem is I don't have enough money for a vet because I am still a college student here in the Philippines. But I'll really try my best to have money for him to be checked by a veterinarian.

Margot49, okay I'll try to look for any poison around our property. No we haven't put on any topical flea control products on him. Thanks for the clues about kidney problem, neurological issue and poison.

lindapalm, thanks for giving me clues about Cushings Disease and for advising me about the blood work up. Yes I'm also thinking that he could be too sick or maybe he could be depressed. I don't know.

Again, thank you for your answers. May God bless you.

Your dog needs to have a blood work up done, he could have one of many things wrong with him, including Cushings Disease. Perhaps your vet will let you make payments.  He sounds too sick to let it go on any longer.

That does not sound good and the dog should probably be checked by a Vet.
This may indicate a kidney problem but it could be many things.
The fact that he is unsteady, could be a neurological issue, possibly poison?  Look around where you live to see if there is anything he could have gotten into.  Has anyone sprayed around the property?  Have you put any topical flea control products on him?  Some have reactions to these.
Sorry, but a Vet check is your best bet.
