my 12 week old puppys tummy is swollen and hes really weak

My puppy was running around this morning and was overly hyper and then he took a nap and  when I tried to wake him up and he was really weak and his stomach was really swollen and when i touched it he cried. My mom use to be a vet so she gave him a small amount of peroxide to make him vomit, when he vomited it just looked like a lot of dog food but its been hours and he is still weak, tummy is still swollen and he just vomited again!! Is there something in specific he could have ate that would have done this to him??? By the way he is a very little dog only 3.5 LBS and he was just at the vet yesterday for his first check up and shots!!

Something us obviously going on and if your Mom usn't sure what it is, I would get him to a Vet ASAP also.  Pups,mess tiny ones,can go downhill quickly.
Has he had regular wormings?

Hi there.  I would call your vet and ask for advice.  They will probably tell you to take him in to an emergency vet/animal hospital as it is Sunday but it is worth it if something needs to be done to help your dog.  A pup that little, I wouldn't wait to be honest.  I have one not much bigger and understand how scary it is!  Dogs are like kids . . .   you judge by many things with the way they are acting.  lethargy is worrisome in a pup.  

So, call your vet and see if they recommend an emergency vet and if you can't get ahold of your vet, just go.  good luck!
