my 9 mths old dog

My dog its not eating and shes very weak

It is impossible for me or anyone else here to tell you what might be wrong with her. She needs to see the vet -and take her as quickly as you can.

You didn't say how old she is? Any other symptoms? How long she has been like this?
Whatever, I wouldn't wait to hear back from anyone here, I would just get her to the vet ASAP.

The title of your post states that your dog is 9 months old.  Has she had all of her vaccinations?  Is she vomiting or does she have diarrhea?  How many days has it been since she has eaten?

You need to get her to the vet ASAP.  No amount of guessing at what it could be on an internet site is going to do in a case like this, and if I were you, I would not even wait for morning at this point, I would take her to an emergency vet TONIGHT.  If she is not eating and is that weak it could mean the difference between life and death, literally.
