my dog has a lump on his ear please help

my 5 year old yorke has a lump on the in side of his ear , he kepts shakin his head and trying to get at it all the time please help

There are a number of things it could be, from very minor to very major.  It could be a tick, it could be a sebaceous cyst, it could be an aural hematoma or it could even be a mast cell tumor.  The only way we can really help is to advise you to make an appointment with your vet ASAP, this way if it's something minor it can be taken care of and gotten rid of immediately, annnd, heaven forfend it is something major, it is caught early so that there's a better chance of being fully cured.  Please post back and let us know what your vet says.
