Oh I'm really glad he is OK after all.
Dogs do get these tummy upsets sometimes. They're only human, after all....
LOL!

OK I understand that when a dog won't eat, we feel we have to try ANYTHING at all to get him to eat! But stop. Right now. Pedigree is basically canine junk food, and hotdogs are much too laden with salt and fat to be the right thing to eat (much as he wants these things!)
Drinking milk is better than drinking nothing I guess. But dogs are lactose-intolerant, by their very natures! Milk is not a good idea, even if it does contain Vitamin D.

Mostly, if a dog won't eat for such a long time like 2 days or more, then that's either because he doesn't feel so good, has either nausea, or pain, or both....
Or, he is over-fed and has become faddy.
My guess is he feels a bit "off" though probably not sick enough to be showing bad symptoms. I would still take him to be checked out at the vet's. If he has vomited then it's probable he feels nauseous.

Otherwise, fasting for a day, with just water or Pedialyte for rehydration may help his appetite to come back. Just don't feed him anything for 24 hours. After that, try boiled chicken and rice, or boiled de-boned white fish and rice, and see how he does with that. NO Human food. NO fat.

If he has pancreatitis, then the vet will most likely advise no food at all.
