Hi Mandy. You will really need to tell us more than that. It's hard for us to guess what you're talking about.
Never mind....just take him to the vet to get this (whatever it is) checked. Book him in for an examination as soon as possible. Don't wait. If whatever is wrong has started to spread into his mouth, it needs prompt treatment!
