my pup got hit by a truck molly

im wondering if dogs got minds if they recall nbeing hit by a car or truck i thoufght it was her foot cause she went into shock didnt move for hours but put her head on my hand like my ex was yelling at me saying shes giong to die i was having a heart attack not i calmed down but her tail open cut and noone touched her tail it will not her tail was swollen from the hit of truck my  buddy moved her when she got hit put her on the grsss from 2 spots before telling me i cried it started cause she loves chasing trucks cars my other pup is like that but we touch it she gets snappy sorry but i try to use asprin codeine tree oli off vet site /.;', very bad breath
