my small dog old sick

my dog is 13 yrs old , she small dog , like palmarum , she coughing in her , mouth, its like hip cupps, she not eatting , or drinking , has moved her bowel in couple days, she make this sound like if she has asma.. need reply asap plese i dont have money to take her to a vet

These comes with old age in dogs. Their health is deteriorated, decreasing their activity and lead to poor appetite. However, we can just assume that the symptoms your dog is showing are caused alone by old age. You still have to get her to the vet. If you're financially unable to do so at the moment, you can bring her to your local animal clinic instead.

Your dog is old, and very sick.  She needs to be seen by a vet very soon, try to borrow the money, or sell or pawn something so you can get her help, she is depending on you.  She won't last long without drinking fluids.
