I suppose you could if you were a trained veterinarian, and knew the correct dosage, and knew exactly how to administer injections, and also knew that the batch of Parvo vaccine was a good one....

Basically for any ordinary person -the answer is no.
It is safer and a much better idea to take your dog to the vet and let this be done professionally. Then you know that not only is it done right -but the vaccines themselves will be safe.
Vaccination does not cost very much.
