questions about dog in kidney failure

Hi, i have a 13 yr old kidney failure dog i was wondering what vitamin/supplements she should be on and what shes needs in a homemade diet also is flavored pedialyte ok for her to drink small amount aday? Thanks for your time

Sorry about your girl having kidney failure :(  Do you know what her levels are? My 4 month old puppy is in kidney failure as well (just diagnosed a week ago), so I"ve been doing a lot of research. www.dogaware.com has a huge amount of info on kidney disease, diets & supplements, as well as the the link already mentioned above. Are you working with your vet as well? I'm still working on a good homemade diet for my TJ, but he's on a prescription food & meds right now.
