rabies?

Last night my dog got into a scuffle with three raccoons. I checked her over thoroughly and couldn't find any open cuts or scratches. I got her about 3 years ago from a humane society and I honestly can't remember if she has had her rabies vaccine. What are the signs and symptoms of rabies? Do I have anything to worry about if I couldn't find any cuts?

I would take her and get a shot.  Vets often recommend a booster w/possible rabies exposure anyway if it has been a while since the last shot so it can't hurt.  I doubt that there is a problem if there are no cuts, but since it can be transmitted through saliva and you don't know where exactly her mouth was during the whole thing I would rather be safe than sorry.
