I definitely recommend you change your groomer!
These are probably razor burns. You could treat them as such, and if they don't start getting better in a few days it really is time to take her to the vet, in case these get infected.
Her licking these will make the cuts worse of course. As soon as they start to heal they will itch, and then her tongue will open them up again. So by far the best thing is to have her wear a cone collar for a few days, give them chance to heal.
Benadryl cream will help stop the itching. Now Benadryl is not toxic for dogs, but if she licks it all off constantly, then it would be a waste of time putting it on her, plus she'd be licking off all the stuff they put in the cream along with the Benadryl.
The best thing might be to give her Benadryl orally. The dosage is 1mg per pound of the dog's weight. If you are unsure, you could call your vet on the phone to ask advice. This won't cost you anything.
Keep a watch on this sore area. Any worse, and she does need to see the vet.
