With all the discount med sites that claim their meds are cheaper, why can I get .25 mg /120 cap bottle at my vet for almost a third of what these sites charge. If I can get a bottle for $55.00, imagine what these sites cost is.

Can you get me some? Ha-ha! I pay $77 from my vet for Rimadyl and $55 online! Is it a generic instead?

My vet recently told me they're considering carrying generic anti-inflammatory arthritis meds. I bet a lot of their clients (like me) order them online instead of buying them while they're in the office. Maybe they finally realize how much they're missing out.

Welcome, If you got a bottle of 120, 25mg for $55, then you better run back & buy a second one ASAP.  Someone's making a mistake!!!!!  ;)    Karla

I have found my vet to be competitive on prescription and non-prescription medications.  In general if I am using something on a long term basis I get a written prescriptions and shop for best price...usually on the Web.

Just yesterday I looked up flea meds and an antibiotic for my cat that the vet had given me.  I would have saved over 50% if I ordered on the med sites.
