shih tzu dog

hello my shih tzu is 9 months old and i observed her throwing up it was yellow and her stomach noise sound  bubbly she has not been eating much. in the last two days. she has been laying down and not very playful as much. just laying down, and drinking water. her mood is low and moving slow when she walks around.

Hi. It could be as simple as something she ate, or something much more serious. I would definitely have her checked out by your vet. When my pup was exhibiting many of those same things, he was in renal failure.
