my dog ate alot of car tire rubber and now he is unresponsive,what to do??

This is an emergency. He could have an intestinal blockage. There could be large pieces of the rubber which are not going to pass through naturally. Get him as soon as possible to the emergency vet. He may need surgery.

This is absolutely an emergency that cannot wait until morning.  Get to a 24 hour emergency clinic ASAP if your own vet won't come out for you under the circumstances.  It could make the difference as to whether or not your dog survives something like this.'

I can't believe you are asking that question unless you either don't have the money to take the dog to the vet or there is no vet or emergency centre available and you are asking for something you can do at home as a first aid measure.

Well, if the dog is already unconscious, I don't think there is a lot you can do. There may be others here who have some suggestions.
