Please NEVER give a dog medicines that are intended for humans. They can be extremely toxic. If your dog is in pain he/she desperately needs veterinary care. Not only for a suitable painkiller, safe for dogs, but for a diagnosis of what is causing the pain -or if the cause is known, an assessment of the current changes.
Treating pain in a dog is not always a straighforward thing. There are things to bear in mind.....for instance, some painkillers can interfere with blood clotting, and if your dog has a condition in which that is important, then giving him/her the wrong painkiller could even be lethal.
No -and please NOT suboxone!!!
Buprenorphine is frequently prescribed to dogs and cats for pain. However the doses are typically below 1 milligram, and suboxone doses are all over 1 mg.
Looks like some good advice on here. If you have more questions in regards to the care of your dog and want to check with other dog lovers, there is a community for that here:

NO!!!!!!
Please go to your regular Vet and speak to them about what is wrong with your dog and why you think they have pain.
There are many human medications that are DEADLY to dogs....
It's critical that you get to the bottom of what is causing the pain and then the Vet can treat accordingly.
Absolutely positively NOT!
