very playful cocker spaniel puppy

my 16 week cocker spaniel puppy is a playful and cute dog and runs up to everyone he sees the vast majority do not mind, but some people dont like dogs and therefore rant at me to control my dog

Unfortunatley the world is full of people without empathy or love animals. Dogs are only livestock and can be disposed of like a bag of chips. These people are to be pitied, because they will never know the joy of a pet. They are usually self-centered and most likely stressed to the max. I would just make sure you watch your pup, especially around these idiots. You are your dog's world. You need to watch out and make sure these people are not part of your
pups life. These dreadful people have no clue what real joy and happiness is, but you do and your little friend
has a good safe home. :0)
