My daughter with Downs syndrome is starting puberty, advice please!?

Hello, my soon to be 10 year old daughter with downs syndrome is just begining puberty.  She has started to develop breasts and I just today noticed some pubic hair begining to grow.  She also has a dual diagnosis of autism that is mild which affects her speech.  She has a severe speech delay that makes it very difficult to ask her questions, receive answers.  She seems to have a good deal of receptive language.  So I am going to begin talking with her about the changes she is begining to go through.  I just ordered a book on downs syndrome, boundaries, and bodies to use as a tool to help with explanation.  Does anyone have any words or wisdom.  Good books, advice etc....  Thank you, Meregold.
