Can someone HELP ? PLEASE ?

Hi ,  I'm a 23 year old guy , Yesterday got diagnosed with dysautonomia  ( Vasovegal Syncope , I have never have fainted yet ... )   I had a tilt table test and after 16 minutes of head-up position I developed classic haemodynamic profile of Vasovagal syncope with a preserved heart rate . there was a very quick drop in blood pressure systolic below 60 and after they intervene to lay me down on my back , things got better .
before I had this test done ,  I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks , I have been  to countless doctors , gone to the ER countless times and was never ever told what was wrong with me .
I had a cardiac Ablation for frequent PVCs from right ventricle a year ago , the procedure seems to be successful as I don't have as many PVCs and PACS as I used to .  I have had all the heart tests possible , and the recent cardiac MRI has been normal .
I am just thinking here that I don't ever remember complaining about dizziness , weakness , hot flashes , migraines , and so much more before this ablation procedure , is there any chance that they could have damage some import tissue in my heart that is now causing my dysautonomia  ?
How am  I suppose to live a normal life with this  ? does this ever go away ?  I have been crying my eyes out since I found out , please HELP> Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My vaso vagal nerve was injured in a car accident. I've had other issues as well and had already been on some meds, recently after med adjustments found out they were masking my symptoms from the vaso vagal nerve issues. Started passing out about a year ago for the first time in my life, I'm 33. I also experience the problems you listed. Everything from Dysautonomia makes you feel miserable. I was curious if you had found out any more information on your condition and what treatments you've gone through or been told were available for you. Hope you are feeling better, I know we never really feel completely better.

Hi , Thank you for the comment ! No I don't know what the CASS score was and he didn't say how severe my dysautomonia was either , he just have me a guideline what to do when If I feel it coming ... ( putting head between knees and laying on ground helps to stop the attack ) yeah I had to go ahead with that ablation as my heart was skipping very frequently,. i had all the cardiac tests  one can imagine and I was told my heart was normal in structure and function .
I had struggled so much after I got diagnosed with my arrhythmia and just when I though things were going to improve this comes up out of nowhere ...
What's your daily symptoms ?

Hi Lucas.  I'm new to this problem also and I have been reading quite a bit.  I have not had ablation and I'm not saying it was caused by that but I did read somewhere along the way that an "insult" to the heart  (meaning damage) can set the autonomic system off balance.  I would have to search through over a hundred articles to find it.  I will try.  Perhaps there was a greater risk for you not to have the ablation.  Read scholarly articles online but maintain good communication with your doctor because all that's out there to read can be confusing and doesn't amount to the doctors experience.  I'm a bit scared too but trying to embrace it.  Im 44 and you are much younger so I can see why you would be so concerned.  Did they say how severe your dysautonomia is?  There's a CASS score on the tilt test.  Do u know what it was.  Do they know the cause?
