Does anyone have another family member with the same diagnosis

I have 4 daughters, 2 of which have been diagnosis with autonomic dysfunction, both have POTS and one is also B12 deficient(pernicious anemia).  Has anyone out there had a sibling diagnosed with the same disease?  We were told by our wonderful nuerologist that it isn't genetic but can be hereditary.  I am afraid for them to have children of there own now.  I have some systems as does my mother and grandmother but we have not seeked diagnosis.  We are seeing a OBGYN tomorrow to go over risks of pregancy for one daughter, any help of what to ask and look for is appreciated.

My son has been diagnosed with POTS and autonomic neuropathy, while my daughter displays some symptoms, but she is quite functional while my son is not.  We were also told it is probably hereditary, as I have some symptoms as does my sister and my mother.

All of us are quite functional (except son who is sick daily) and until my son got his diagnosis, we didn't realize we had this.  The doctors gave us a questionnaire for everyone in the family to complete, they are doing research on the hereditary angle of this.

I have POTS and believe my father may have it to.  He has had unexplained collapses and has dizzyness and a few other symptoms over the past 5 years or so.  Although his symptoms are no where near as severe as mine he does suffer on nearly daily basis.  His neurologist has requested my notes.

My husband has it as does all four of my daughters. My oldest first became symptomatic at 7. My oldest teen also has severe symptoms and has been hospitalized due to severe shaking/tremors. Her bp was so low her senior year of high school she was in a wheelchair and bedridden. Then she was put on a medicine that helped her until it made her bp go too high.

One of my daughters will only faint if she stands too long because of her bp dropping.

My youngest has passed out and her bp is at times too low, at times too high.

They all struggle with various issues related to the condition.

We were told ours is genetic.
