Don't know what to do!

Just got through with CT of the head, Angiogram and stress test. My symptoms are PVCs and PACs all the time, weakness, visual changes and tunnel vision, foggy head and sometimes I feel like something just rushes through my head, lower back pain, unable to tolerate lots of activity, tachycardia at various times, shortness of breath, generalized pain, swallowing problems at times. Cardiologist told me he can't find anything other then my heart speeds up quicker then it should with minor exertion. Rheumatologist has diagnosed as Fibromyalgia but I had that diagnosis for years from my reg doctor. I am getting worse with more symproms and I don't know where to turn. Don't feel well most of the time. Someone please give advice. I would appreciate it so much. Also haveing urinary retention real bad. Found IST and dysautonomia, not sure if it could be that. Any ideas would be appreciated. Oh my hands also are almost always cold and when I am in the heat for very long  and exert any energy I am ready to pass out and everything startsspinning and my face turns red and my breathing changes. Feel like a truck has run over me. Very sensitive to medications also. Thank you to anyone that can give me advice.
