Fainting at wits end in NYC

I have Neurocardiogenic Syncope. I have been fainting since I was 8 years old. I was diagnosed when I was 28 years old. In 2010 they found a 2.1 AV Block on the holter monitor. I went in for an EP study. The results were normal. I saw a specialist today. She said that there is nothing medically that can be done for me, because of the fact that my blood pressure and heart rate slow down and drop at the same time. Does anyone know any way I can get some a treatment for my fainting disorder here in New York City?
