Looking for Nutritionist in Chicago area who is familiar with POTS, OH, gluten intolerance, and Dysautonomia. Its difficult to increase salt on a gluten free diet. Trying to figure out how much exactly salt intake is needed is it 5gm or closer to 10gm/ and how much water to match. Done some urine 24 hr collections and need them to interpret and assist also with glucose stabilization. Found ace wraps on legs with abdominal compression binder to be helpful but wearing in summer will be a problem.
