ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENTSION -SHORTNESS OF BREATH

Hi Everyone -

I was diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension about 3 weeks ago and can't catch my breath when I walk is this normal. I am on fludocortison for the drop in blood pressure when i stand because I pass out.

shortness of breath with exercise is normal for me too. I have found that by slowly inceasing exercise (stopping beofre pulse is too hgih for YOU) you can increse your tolerance and endurance
