POTS and beta blockers. HELP

I am currently taking Beta blocker ( propranolol ) as my treatment for POTS.
It seems to help somewhat. I mean, it helps with slowing my fast heart rate.
As i was reading more about the medication, it reduces blood flow. . .
If the whole problem with POTS (for me at least) is bad circulation why prescribe propranolol?

According to NHS, "Beta-blockers reduce the amount of blood which the heart pumps out at each stroke. This leads to a fall in blood flow through the body tissues particularly affecting the skin, the muscles and the extremities (fingers, toes, etc). As a result people often complain of feeling listless or tired and experience cold hands and feet. . . "

My main problem is bad blood circulation not enough blood getting to my brain. Doesn't this make it worse?
