Possibly dysautonomia

I have been suffering numerous symptons since I was born. I had convulsions as a baby, but also the fact my dad and brother carry diabetes and my mom arthritis and ezcema (eczema). I have aches and pains at different parts of my body at different times. I get acid reflux and have problems with digestion. I had ear, nose and throat problems as a child. I have muscle spasms, twitches, anxiety, butterflies/nerves on edge constantly. I feel I want to vomit especially in crowded rooms even after a few bites. I get overheated and sweat, palpitations, nausea, diarrhea and constipation at times and on different days. I lack concentration and balance and also spatial awareness at times. I get dry hands, feel thirsty. I get chronic tiredness especially after exercise and walking, standing or sitting for long periods. I have and diagnosed with ezcema (eczema), allergies, but also know I have arthritis (arthritic knee lump). My dad and brother both have diabetes. I have difficulty speaking, swallowing at times when my muscles just stop. Can you help at all with diagnosis?

What kind of work up have you had by doctors, other than was it a dermatologist and an allergy doctor?  Have you seen a neurologist, a rheumatologist, a cardiologist, a gastroenterologist, had any endocrine hormones tested such as thyroid function, have they checked for iron and vitamin B 12 deficiency, have you seen an ear, nose and throat doctor about the balance or has anyone gotten images of your brain and neck?  And have you visited a pastor for counsel about the anxiety issues and have you seen a psychiatrist to get medicine for the anxiety, butterflies and nerves on edge?
