yes but no longer than 3-5 days

I've had some very good streaks that have lasted pretty long... like several months at least.  I don't know if my heart rate itself was more stable, but my typical fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, etc. was minimal enough that I felt great (by comparison) and was very active.

I consider myself on the milder side of POTS since I've been spared bouts of complete inactivity, though keeping up activity is almost always a challenge and the intermittent pattern for me keeps an overall disability looming.  Keeping my BP high (perhaps too high), I tend to feel significantly better... fludrocortisone has helped with that.

I have never felt absolutely fine, but my symptoms were controlled(by medication, etc.), for up to 1 month, recently. Out of the last year and a half, I had a period of about 4 weeks where I felt better than I had for a long time. There were days(2-3 in a row) where my symptoms acted up in a worse fashion. But, for the most part, I was feeling pretty "normal". I believe that forcing myself to lightly excercise was a big help; if you're able.

Yes!!!!  I took the Yaz birth control pill and it almost killed me!  I was diagnosed with POTS and given all kinds of prescription drugs and sent home.  Couldn't even lift my head without my BP and heart rate going crazy.  One year and 4 months later, I have NO SYMPTOMS of POTS at all... off of ALL Meds including beta blockers and steriods and anxiety meds.

I have been symptom-free totally for 4 months and the 3 months prior to that I only had one to two "episodes" as I call them, a month.

God lead me to an integrative medicine MD, received vitamin C IV's, started taking whole food supplements from Standard Process and drinking tons of water.  I was 80% better, but still having weekly episodes.  My massage therapist recommended I add a product called Monavie.  It is 19 fruits blended together.  I told her I had tried other drinks before and they didn't help, but I tried this one anyway.  With in 3 months I was symptom free and have been since July 09.  I lived with POTS for a year.
For me I am continueing to be symptom free!!!!!!!!!  THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!!!!
