First, I had a hard time finding salt tablets-- the pharmacies in Florida stopped stocking them a year or so ago. I finally found them at a heath food store (some odd saly tablets from the Himalayas), but they made me very sick-- nauseated.  I ended up increasing the Florinef and that works well for me.

That must be frustrating. I hate feeling nauseous.

I take my salt tablets with lots of water or gatorade.  If I don't, I feel terrible.  I imagine you have already tried that but just thought I would mention it.

I've tried salt tablets multiple times, but have yet to be able to find any that don't cause extreme nausea.  I would appreciate recommendations.  :)

My doctor has not prescribed salt tablets for me, he just wants me to keep a high intake of salt (which is easy seen as this is something I crave), but I would like to give them a try at some point to see if they help.
