Specialist for Autonomic Dysfunctions in NY/NJ

Hey does anyone know of any doctors who specialize in autonomic dysfunctions in the NY/NJ area?  I recently was diagnosed and before I start treatment, I'd love to visit a specialist. I am concerned.

I've heard good things about some doctors in Massachusetts. Can you travel there for treatment? I can get references if you need them.
