Stress Cardiomyopathy

This past February I had what they 1st thought was an MI, chest pain, EKG and blood tests all pointed in that direction, so my local hospital sent me to Abbott Northwestern Heart Hospital in Minneapolis where they diagnosed me with Stress Cardiomyopathy. I have Hyperadrenergic Autonomic Dysfunction, so my stress hormone levels are always running high and apparently they can choose to attack the heart and it causes one chamber to balloon say out and thickens the walls. Good news it is usually self resolving within one month with help of Rxs. This is also known as 'broken heart syndrome' because it happens to mainly elderly ladies who get a great shock, like death of their husband, or something of that nature. Has anyone here who is hyperadrenergic ever had this problem?
